Privacy Policy.

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, along with the items, sizes and total of your order.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic technical records, such as IP addresses, for security.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to deal with returns or questions, and to keep the records we need for accounting.

Payments are handled by Paystack. Your card details and Mobile Money approval are handled on Paystack's own page. We never see or store them. We only receive confirmation that your payment went through and the amount. Paystack's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the shop: with Paystack to take payment, with the hosting and database services that store our orders, with the messaging services we use to alert the shop owner about a new order, and with whoever helps us deliver your order, who only gets the details needed to deliver it.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your order, handle returns, and meet our accounting needs.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We may need to keep some records, for example for accounting. We aim to handle your information in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
